Charlotte, North Carolina — According to state and local development sources, City of Charlotte plans to invest $10,206,900.00 to build out new space in Charlotte. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5800 N Tryon St in Charlotte, on or about July 1, 2024. According to the company website The City of Charlotte provides services to more than 870,000 residents. The citys priorities are economic development, neighborhood development, transportation and planning, and well-managed government.
