Charlotte, North Carolina — According to state and local economic development sources Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools plans to invest $28,063,700.00 to build out 100,297 square feet of new space in Charlotte. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7200 Folger Dr in Charlotte, on or about July 1, 2022.
