Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Catholic Housing Initiative plans to invest $4,500,000.00 to build out 107,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 8102 LBJ in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2022. According to the company website Catholic Housing Initiative is dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing to vulnerable seniors and families and improving their quality of life. We offer 768 units of quality, affordable, service enriched senior and family housing at six sites in Dallas, Coppell, Carrollton, and Mesquite.
