College Station, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Capital Farm Credit plans to invest $3,500,000.00 to build out 106,875 square feet of new space in College Station. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3902 South Traditions Drive in College Station, on or about February 1, 2025. According to the company website Capital Farm Credit is the largest rural lending cooperative in Texas, providing credit and other related services to farmers, ranchers, rural home owners, and agribusinesses. We are a proud member of the nationwide Farm Credit System which provides financing to meet the needs of rural America.
