Richardson, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas plans to invest $675,930.00 to build out 20,400 square feet of new space in Richardson. The company plans to occupy the new space at the BCBS of Texas Richardson Camp in Richardson, on or about September 1, 2020.
