Askari Defense has filed a notice of an exempt offering of securities to raise $10,627,818.00 in New Funding.

August 25, 2026 Craig Etkin

According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Askari Defense is raising up to $10,627,818.00 in new funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.

About Askari Defense
Askari Defense is a defense technology company that builds low-cost, intelligent kinetic defenses for the age of robotic warfare. According to its website, Askari develops kinetic systems that make robotic attack unaffordable by ensuring that the cost of denial is lower than the cost of attack, thereby undermining the power of proliferation. The company positions itself not just as an interceptor provider but as a kinetic infrastructure company, focused on creating the backbone needed for wide-scale, affordable robot denial in modern conflict environments. Its work is aimed at countering autonomous and robotic threats especially drones by delivering practical, field-ready systems that can be rapidly shipped and iterated for warfighters on the front lines. Rooted in deep experience with autonomous systems and drones, Askari Defense emphasizes speed, engineering rigor, and direct impact on the warfighter as core to its mission of building what stops hostile robotic platforms.
