Spring, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) plans to invest $450,000.00 to build out 10,835 square feet of new space in Spring. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1701 City Plaza Drive in Spring, on or about April 1, 2020.
