Hightouch Announces Investment from Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures To Bring AI Agents to Marketers

Hightouch Announces Investment from Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures To Bring AI Agents to Marketers

August 14, 2025 Craig Etkin

Investment Will Enable Rapid Transformation of How Marketers Work Using Data and Agentic AI

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hightouch, the leading data and AI agent platform for marketers, today announced an investment from Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures. This investment extends Hightouch’s oversubscribed Series C round and fuels a shared vision of how data and AI agents will transform marketing. The funding underscores growing momentum behind agentic AI as the next evolution in marketing technology, and Hightouch as a pioneer in redefining how marketers work.

In 2024, Hightouch introduced the world’s first agentic AI product for lifecycle marketing called AI Decisioning. These agents continuously experiment with messaging, timing, and channel decisions—marketing to every customer as an individual. Enterprises like WHOOP and Fundrise have quickly adopted AI Decisioning to accelerate learning, speed up campaign velocity, and deliver incremental engagement and sales.

By embedding learning and execution directly into the AI Data Cloud, Hightouch is pioneering a new model where marketers work alongside AI agents that adapt in real time, removing manual bottlenecks and reducing dependency on legacy marketing clouds.

“This investment is a major vote of confidence in our vision for AI-powered marketing,” said Tejas Manohar, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Hightouch. “We’ve seen incredible traction with AI Decisioning, and this investment enables us to scale faster, deliver even more value to customers, and continue reimagining how businesses personalize experiences through data and AI. The investment from Snowflake Ventures will also help accelerate the development of our joint solutions, further empowering our mutual customers to activate their data and enhance their marketing capabilities.”

The additional capital and support from both Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures will fuel Hightouch’s ongoing research and development into how AI agents can transform marketing workflows.

The company plans to expand its suite of agents to cover additional marketing use cases, helping marketers move from traditional workflows to rapid, data-driven campaign execution.

“Hightouch built an innovative, composable approach to unifying data and streamlining workflows that unlocks AI-driven personalization,” said Jon Barad, Partner at Capital One Ventures. “Our investment supports their mission to equip marketers with AI agents that help make campaigns more relevant and impactful.”

The investment follows a strong period of growth for Hightouch, as enterprises shift toward warehouse-native architectures and composable marketing technology. Increasingly, Hightouch customers are leveraging Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud and LLM capabilities, like Snowflake Cortex AI, via the Hightouch Composable CDP. In the last year, many have begun to activate AI Decisioning on top of this foundation. This approach gives marketers a direct line to their data and enables new ways of working, unencumbered by the limitations of traditional marketing and data software.

“Hightouch is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in marketing for our joint customers,” said Adam Kaufman, Vice President, Global Head of Industry Go to Market, Snowflake. “By building directly on top of Snowflake’s unified platform for data and AI, Hightouch enables marketers to execute faster, with less complexity and more control. We’re excited to support their continued growth and innovation in the AI Data Cloud.”

This announcement builds on a strong foundation of collaboration between Hightouch and Snowflake, where both companies are committed to empowering customers with modern, composable, AI-driven solutions for data activation.

Flex has closed a $60 million Series B equity round led by Portage, bringing total equity raised to $105 million. In the last year, the company has quadrupled revenue and tripled its payments volume to $3 billion as it scales its all-in-one business and personal finance platform for high-net-worth middle-market business owners. Running a profitable middle-market business has become one of the most complex financial jobs in America, with owners often juggling more than ten disconnected systems to manage their money. Flex was created to give these high net worth owners a single place to run both their business and personal finances. This latest $60 Million equity round, followed by its $200 Million debt and $25 Million equity raise announced earlier this year, builds on a period of rapid hypergrowth. Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape. Trillions of dollars in infrastructure, from energy projects and advanced manufacturing to data centers and critical mineral facilities, must be built in the next decade. But large construction projects are slower and more expensive today than they were half a century ago. Unlimited Industries, a California-based company using AI to rethink how infrastructure gets built, has raised $12 million in seed funding to change that. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with participation from leading industry investors. The capital will accelerate Unlimited’s expansion and further develop its proprietary AI platform – one designed to make large-scale engineering and construction faster, cheaper, and more ambitious.

Unlike traditional construction firms or standard software companies, Unlimited is an AI-native construction company that both designs and builds. Its proprietary platform can generate and evaluate hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel, automatically identifying optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. By integrating AI-driven design with its own vertically integrated engineering and construction teams, Unlimited eliminates the costly handoffs and misaligned incentives that have defined the industry for decades.

In a statement Alex Modon, Co-Founder and CEO of Unlimited Industries said, “Advances in AI mean we can finally build the physical world the way we build software.” “The traditional construction model is slow, brittle, and fundamentally misaligned. Our approach replaces static design choices with a dynamic, data-driven process that learns from every project. The result is faster, cheaper, and more successful projects.”

Unlimited is an AI-native construction company headquartered in San Francisco. Today, the company designs and builds across energy infrastructure, data centers, critical minerals, and advanced manufacturing, helping developers build with greater speed, ambition, and efficiency. Their mission is to build a future of radical physical abundance by automating construction end-to-end. The company was founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan.
