Greensboro, North Carolina — According to state and local development sources, IQE plans to invest $305 Million to expand in Greensboro. The company is creating 109 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 494 Gallimore Dairy Rd in Greensboro, on or about November 1, 2025.
