New Braunfels, Texas — According to state and local development sources, New Braunfels Christian Academy plans to invest $15,000,000.00 to build out 54,000 square feet of new space in New Braunfels. The company plans to occupy the new space at 220 FM 1863 in New Braunfels, on or about September 1, 2025. According to the company website In 1981, a group of parents seeking an alternative to public education founded New Braunfels Christian Academy as a co-educational, college-preparatory, and non-denominational Christian day school. What began with 30 pre-school, kindergarten, and first grade students in a rented house at 576 Comal Street is today a complete private Christian school with more than 700 students enrolled in grades Pre-K through 12 on two campuses, as well as a Classical School. With an enduring commitment to the Christian family, the Christian Academy serves the local community by teaching and guiding children to worship God and respect the authority of His Word.
