Ciridae has raised $20 Million in new Funding
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Ciridae has raised $20 Million in new Angel/Seed funding. The federal securities law requires the notice to be filed by companies that have sold securities without registration under the Securities Act of 1933 in an offering made under Rule 504 or 506 of Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act. A company must file this notice within 15 days after the first sale of securities in the offering. For this purpose, the date of first sale is the date on which the first investor is irrevocably contractually committed to invest. Each issuer of securities that sells its securities in reliance on an exemption provided in Regulation D or Section 4(a)(5) of the Securities Act of 1933 must file this notice containing the information requested with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the state(s) requiring it. If more than one issuer has sold its securities in the same transaction, all issuers should be identified in this filing with the SEC.
Investors in the current round of funding include: Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Sunflower Capital, and Backcountry Ventures.
About Ciridae
Ciridae is an AI transformation firm that builds AI-native operating systems designed to run the core operations of real-economy and mid-market businesses. Through a team of engineers, the company creates software that operates the business while the human team operates the software, focusing on mission-critical workflows rather than simple dashboards or assistants. Ciridae emphasizes rapid deployment, highlighting that it can ship robust systems in weeks by collaborating closely with customers to deeply understand their processes and rebuild them as AI-native workflows. Its approach is tailored to businesses that have been underserved by typical enterprise AI solutions, aiming to automate complex back-office and operational functions in a way that is practical, reliable, and tightly aligned with how these companies already work. By positioning itself as a builder of operating systems rather than point tools, Ciridae seeks to become an integral layer of its customers day-to-day operations and long-term digital transformation.
