375ai raises $10 Million to Power Real-World AI with Edge Data Network

375ai raises $10 Million to Power Real-World AI with Edge Data Network

October 14, 2025 Craig Etkin

Funding will accelerate deployments and real world data capture across the United States

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–375ai, an edge data intelligence company turning the physical world into machine-readable insights, announced today that it has raised an additional $5 million to expand its edge data intelligence network and advance its mission to deliver real time insights for AI models, cities, enterprises, and governments. The round is led by Delphi Ventures, Strobe Capital and HackVC, It takes the total raised to $10m with original participation from 6MV, ARCA, Primal, and EV3.

Leveraging the high-value sites accessed through its partnership with Outfront Media, 375ai already monitors 1.5 million vehicles daily through its deploymentsShare

“Cities, enterprises, and governments need real-time intelligence to understand the physical world as it unfolds,” said Harry Dewhirst, CEO of 375ai. “This investment validates and accelerates our mission to drive real-world impact and reshape the way society works, as we move towards physical AI and an agentic world — from enabling smarter cities and businesses to creating safer streets and more efficient robotics and autonomous transport.”

The physical world is generating more data than ever before, but most of it is invisible — traffic systems, advertising platforms, and governments still rely on outdated infrastructure and fragmented data sources to understand how people and goods move through cities. Centralized data pipelines are expensive, slow, and often limited to incomplete or delayed insights. Meanwhile, AI systems are hungry for real world context not just synthetic inputs. Without structured, real time data, they can’t power smarter mobility, logistics, and safety solutions.

“375ai is positioned to become core infrastructure for AI,” said Tommy Shaughnessy, Founding Partner of Delphi Ventures. “Its ability to compress vast amounts of raw data into actionable intelligence at scale has the power to transform entire sectors, from creating smarter mobility systems to powering more meaningful AI-driven applications worldwide.”

375ai is building an edge data intelligence network on Solana to transform the physical world into structured intelligence. At the core of 375ai is its 375edge device, equipped with high-definition cameras, audio and environmental sensors, and on-device compute powered by NVIDIA Jetson and DeepStream. Instead of transmitting massive raw streams, devices process data locally, distilling 1TB of raw inputs into just 35 MB of insights each day, leading to a 26,000x reduction in data volume. By pushing compute to the edge, 375ai lowers bandwidth costs, improves privacy, and delivers intelligence in real time in a privacy centric way

Leveraging the high-value sites accessed through its partnership with Outfront Media, 375ai already monitors 1.5 million vehicles daily through its deployments, providing businesses, local agencies, and logistic operators unprecedented visibility into the movement and behavior of the world that was previously impossible to achieve.

Beyond Los Angeles, 375ai is actively rolling out deployments across the New York and Miami metropolitan areas, with international expansion planned for 2026. The new capital will support faster deployments, denser coverage in existing markets, and continued product development.

375ai is led by a seasoned executive team with decades of experience in networking, cybersecurity, telecoms, digital media, and data. Alongside CEO Harry Dewhirst, the leadership team includes COO Rob Atherton, CBO Trevor Branon, and Chief AI Officer Chad Partridge. Collectively, they bring backgrounds at companies such as Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Linksys, Singtel, and Telefonica.

About 375ai

Founded in 2022, 375ai transforms messy, analog real-world phenomena into structured digital intelligence. By deploying AI powered edge devices across cities, 375ai makes the world machine-readable, one city at a time. Each 375edge device processes massive raw data streams locally, distilling them into actionable insights that fuel applications in advertising, logistics, public safety, economic forecasting, and beyond. With live deployments in Los Angeles and expansions underway in New York and Miami, 375ai is building the foundation for real world AI at global scale.

Flex has closed a $60 million Series B equity round led by Portage, bringing total equity raised to $105 million. In the last year, the company has quadrupled revenue and tripled its payments volume to $3 billion as it scales its all-in-one business and personal finance platform for high-net-worth middle-market business owners. Running a profitable middle-market business has become one of the most complex financial jobs in America, with owners often juggling more than ten disconnected systems to manage their money. Flex was created to give these high net worth owners a single place to run both their business and personal finances. This latest $60 Million equity round, followed by its $200 Million debt and $25 Million equity raise announced earlier this year, builds on a period of rapid hypergrowth. In just 12 months, Flex has grown revenue fourfold and increased annualized total payments volume from $1 billion to $3 billion across a suite of products, positioning Flex as one of the fastest-growing fintech companies at scale with best-in-class capital efficiency.

Flex is building the category-defining company solving this gap for high net worth business owners with a five-pillar strategy built around private credit, a business finance stack, a personal finance stack, payment solutions, and an ERP built for middle market businesses. These customers now use an average of four or more Flex products. Flex’s Business Credit Card, which provides 60-day float on every transaction, has been a major driver of adoption, acting as the wedge into deeper financial operations. Once owners experience the benefits of the Flex Credit Card, they often go on to adopt Flex’s banking, payments, working capital, and expense management tools to replace fragmented legacy systems. This integrated model has allowed Flex to scale with high efficiency and has created a strong foundation for its expansion into personal finance.

Launched in 2023, Flex a Flexbase Technologies brand is the AI Native “Private Bank” for high net worth business owners in the middle market. Flex is building the category-defining company solving this gap for high net worth business owners with a five-pillar strategy built around private credit, a business finance stack, a personal finance stack, payment solutions, and an ERP built for middle market businesses. Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape. Trillions of dollars in infrastructure, from energy projects and advanced manufacturing to data centers and critical mineral facilities, must be built in the next decade. But large construction projects are slower and more expensive today than they were half a century ago. Unlimited Industries, a California-based company using AI to rethink how infrastructure gets built, has raised $12 million in seed funding to change that. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with participation from leading industry investors. The capital will accelerate Unlimited’s expansion and further develop its proprietary AI platform – one designed to make large-scale engineering and construction faster, cheaper, and more ambitious.

Unlike traditional construction firms or standard software companies, Unlimited is an AI-native construction company that both designs and builds. Its proprietary platform can generate and evaluate hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel, automatically identifying optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. By integrating AI-driven design with its own vertically integrated engineering and construction teams, Unlimited eliminates the costly handoffs and misaligned incentives that have defined the industry for decades.

In a statement Alex Modon, Co-Founder and CEO of Unlimited Industries said, “Advances in AI mean we can finally build the physical world the way we build software.” “The traditional construction model is slow, brittle, and fundamentally misaligned. Our approach replaces static design choices with a dynamic, data-driven process that learns from every project. The result is faster, cheaper, and more successful projects.”

Unlimited is an AI-native construction company headquartered in San Francisco. Today, the company designs and builds across energy infrastructure, data centers, critical minerals, and advanced manufacturing, helping developers build with greater speed, ambition, and efficiency. Their mission is to build a future of radical physical abundance by automating construction end-to-end. The company was founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan.
