Lake Charles, Louisiana — According to state and local development sources, Woodside Energy Group plans to invest $17.5 Billion to build out a new LNG Operations facility in Lake Charles. The company is creating 400 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space in Lake Charles, on or about May 1, 2027.
