Los Angeles, California — According to state and local development sources, University of Southern California plans to invest $200,000,000.00 to build out 130,314 square feet of new space in Los Angeles. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1029 W Childs Way in Los Angeles, on or about July 1, 2026.
