Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — According to state and local development sources, University of Pennsylvania plans to invest $500,000.00 to build out 1,073 square feet of new space in Philadelphia. The company plans to occupy the new space at 500 Osler Cir in Philadelphia, on or about May 1, 2026.
