Wichita Falls, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas Health and Human Services Commission plans to invest $360 Million to build out 384,049 square feet of new space in Wichita Falls. The company plans to occupy the new space at 6515 Kemp Blvd in Wichita Falls, on or about July 1, 2027.
