Bryan, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas Aggies Corps of Cadets Association plans to invest $1,000,000.00 to build out 4,371 square feet of new space in Bryan. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1507 S College Ave in Bryan, on or about January 1, 2026. According to the company website The Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote, preserve, and perpetuate the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets. The CCA is a membership-based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that serves as one of Texas A&M University’s designated five pillars of giving. Complementing individual cadet scholarships provided through the TAMU Foundation, the CCA helps recruit and retain cadets by funding over fifty programs, special units, and events that crosscut the Corps as a whole.
