Fabric, a leader in care delivery and consumer experience, has announced the acquisition of UCM Digital Health (UCM), a leading digital health and telehealth provider. The acquisition expands Fabric's services to about 400 new employer and payer customers, adding one million covered lives. Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape.
