
Rivian to spend $3.2 Million to occupy 55,498 square feet of space in Frisco Texas.
Frisco, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Rivian plans to invest $3,200,000.00 to build out 55,498 square feet of new space in Frisco. The company plans to occupy the new space at 15691 FM 423 – Building 3, in Frisco, on or about December 1, 2025. According to the company website Rivian has developed and vertically integrated a connected electric platform that can be flexibly applied to a range of applications, including the companys adventure products as well as B2B products such as our last mile delivery vans. The companys launch products, the R1T and R1S, provide an unmatched combination of performance, off-road capability and utility. These vehicles will be produced at Rivians manufacturing plant in Normal, Ill., with customer deliveries expected to begin in fall 2021.
