High Alpha doubles down as Pimly’s Agentic AI connects Commerce and CRM through Salesforce’s ecosystem

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pimly, the first Product Cloud built natively on Salesforce, today announced a $2.25 million strategic funding round led by High Alpha. The investment fuels Pimly’s mission to transform how enterprises deliver product experiences across Commerce, Sales and Service — a space rapidly redefining the future of digital engagement.

“Salesforce customers are proving that a true commerce advantage comes from connecting product and customer data natively. Pimly is unlocking that capability with remarkable speed, enabling companies to innovate where their competitors can’t.”Share

Pimly has emerged as the innovation layer connecting Product, Commerce and CRM, giving companies a unified system where every product record, every customer and every transaction work seamlessly together inside Salesforce. The result: organizations can now activate rich product experiences that convert, retain and delight customers — all without the disconnected data and integrations that traditionally slow growth.

“Salesforce customers are proving that a true commerce advantage comes from connecting product and customer data natively,” said Mike Fitzgerald, co-founder and partner at High Alpha. “Pimly is unlocking that capability with remarkable speed, enabling companies to innovate where their competitors can’t.”

Riding a surge of ecosystem adoption, Pimly is now powering large global enterprise product catalogs across Salesforce, connecting Commerce and CRM data to deliver intelligent, unified product experiences that span continents and teams. This includes deep traction across industries like Manufacturing and Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG), where complex, data-rich products demand connected experiences across every customer touchpoint. The platform now processes nearly 80 million discrete Salesforce-native product data operations each month — a more than 5× increase since Q1 — highlighting the scalability and performance of Pimly’s platform as the backbone for product experiences across Salesforce’s clouds.

Agentic AI Meets the Product Cloud

The new capital will accelerate Pimly’s next phase of innovation across four strategic initiatives:

  • AI-Powered Onboarding Assistant – A generative design engine that models complex product hierarchies automatically, cutting onboarding time from weeks to hours.
  • AI-Driven Product Data Enrichment – Automated discovery and correction of incomplete product data, enriching attributes and relationships using secure, explainable AI.
  • Pimly Product Expert Agents – Always-on, Agentic AI systems that act as digital product experts for commerce, sales and service teams — answering product questions, troubleshooting issues and driving conversions 24/7.
  • Pimly Semantic Layer – A breakthrough search experience that unifies structured and unstructured product content (including PDFs), allowing instant answers across complex catalogs, saving time and improving decision confidence.

“Companies no longer want to manage static product data — they want to activate it,” said Mike Dannenfeldt, CEO and founder of Pimly. “Pimly is the foundation of that activation layer inside Salesforce. It turns product information into living, intelligent experiences that power agents, reps and stores alike.”

Pimly’s platform is deeply embedded across Salesforce Sales, Service, Revenue, Experience and Commerce Clouds, serving as the connective tissue between products, people and performance.

Flex has closed a $60 million Series B equity round led by Portage, bringing total equity raised to $105 million. In the last year, the company has quadrupled revenue and tripled its payments volume to $3 billion as it scales its all-in-one business and personal finance platform for high-net-worth middle-market business owners. Running a profitable middle-market business has become one of the most complex financial jobs in America, with owners often juggling more than ten disconnected systems to manage their money. Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape. Trillions of dollars in infrastructure, from energy projects and advanced manufacturing to data centers and critical mineral facilities, must be built in the next decade. But large construction projects are slower and more expensive today than they were half a century ago. Unlimited Industries, a California-based company using AI to rethink how infrastructure gets built, has raised $12 million in seed funding to change that. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with participation from leading industry investors. The capital will accelerate Unlimited’s expansion and further develop its proprietary AI platform – one designed to make large-scale engineering and construction faster, cheaper, and more ambitious.

Unlike traditional construction firms or standard software companies, Unlimited is an AI-native construction company that both designs and builds. Its proprietary platform can generate and evaluate hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel, automatically identifying optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. By integrating AI-driven design with its own vertically integrated engineering and construction teams, Unlimited eliminates the costly handoffs and misaligned incentives that have defined the industry for decades.

In a statement Alex Modon, Co-Founder and CEO of Unlimited Industries said, “Advances in AI mean we can finally build the physical world the way we build software.” “The traditional construction model is slow, brittle, and fundamentally misaligned. Our approach replaces static design choices with a dynamic, data-driven process that learns from every project. The result is faster, cheaper, and more successful projects.”

Unlimited is an AI-native construction company headquartered in San Francisco. Today, the company designs and builds across energy infrastructure, data centers, critical minerals, and advanced manufacturing, helping developers build with greater speed, ambition, and efficiency. Their mission is to build a future of radical physical abundance by automating construction end-to-end. The company was founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan.
