Waco, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Pet Circle Regional Animal Center plans to invest $4 Million to build out 5,164 square feet of new space in Waco. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2032 Circle Road in Waco, on or about September 1, 2026. According to the company website This regional shelter serves most of McLennan County: 13 cities and most of the county area, an estimated 216,000 people, and is an open intake shelter. This means that the shelter must accept any animal brought in by any of the partner communities.
