Temple, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Oppidan plans to invest $31,000,000.00 to build out 61,554 square feet of new space in Temple. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2325 Eberhardt Road in Temple, on or about November 1, 2026. According to the company website Twin Cities-based Oppidan Investment Company is a national property development firm offering a full range of real estate services including asset management, brokerage services, construction management and project management. Construction is expected to begin this month and will take up to two years.
