Midi Health Surpasses $1B Valuation, Igniting a New Era for Women’s Health

Midi Health Surpasses $1B Valuation, Igniting a New Era for Women’s Health

February 19, 2026 Craig Etkin

After setting the clinical standard in perimenopause and menopause care, the company is scaling a comprehensive, AI-enabled healthcare platform for women across every life stage

PALO ALTO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Midi Health, the fastest growing women’s telehealth company, today announced it raised $100 million in a Series D financing round led by Goodwater Capital with participation from new investors Foresite Capital and Serena Ventures, as well as continued support from Advance Venture Partners, GV (Google Ventures), Emerson Collective, SemperVirens, McKesson Ventures, and Felicis Ventures. The round values the company at over $1 billion, marking a pivotal moment for a long-ignored segment of healthcare.

“This is validation for the movement we’re leading to provide women better healthcare,” said Joanna Strober, co-founder and chief executive officer of Midi Health. “Women’s health has been treated like an afterthought for too long. This funding gives us the resources to rewrite that story at scale.”

From Menopause Leadership to Lifelong Care

Midi was founded to close the most persistent gaps in women’s care – gaps that carry enormous costs for women, families, and the economy. Two million U.S. women enter menopause each year, and untreated symptoms alone cost an estimated $25 billion annually in medical expenses and lost productivity. Closing this gap – alongside many others women face across the lifespan – could add nearly $295 billion to the U.S. economy by 2040.

AI in the Service of Women’s Healthcare

Fueled by rapid patient adoption and notable outcomes, the company has grown into a modern, scalable health platform with nationwide insurance coverage now reaching more than 45 million women today. Each week, more than 25,000 patients turn to Midi for integrated care led by experts in OB-GYN, internal medicine, cardiology, endocrine, survivorship, obesity, sleep, mood disorders, dermatology, longevity, naturopathic medicine, and more. By using AI to support clinical decision-making and reduce operational strain, Midi is scaling its quality care experience to more women.

Midi’s proprietary AI engine drives value in three main areas:

  • Personalizing the experience. AI-powered chart analysis tailors each patient’s care journey and supports faster, more accurate diagnosis and care management.
  • Streamlining operations. Automation improves efficiency in scheduling, triage, and documentation.
  • Improving outcomes. Mining one of the industry’s largest women’s health datasets fuels research and refines clinical protocols.

“Goodwater is committed to Midi Health’s long-term mission to fundamentally transform women’s healthcare,” said Eric Kim, co-founder and managing partner at Goodwater Capital. “Midi’s rise as the fastest-growing women’s health platform in the world is a testament to their entire care team, patient-centric approach, and AI advancements that deliver highly personalized care and scalable growth.”’

Midi’s Care Model Driving Measurable Outcomes

Midi’s combination of clinical expertise, technology, and data has translated into meaningful improvements in women’s health outcomes.

  • 28 percentage point increase in breast cancer screening adherence
  • 11 percentage point increase in colorectal cancer screening adherence
  • Up to 13% lower total cost of care, matched to a comparison group

Midi has also observed significant reductions in A1c and LDL levels in its patient data.

“When women founders and women customers are heard, entire systems change,” said Serena Williams, managing partner at Serena Ventures. “We have been following Joanna and the team for years and are impressed by the scale they have achieved. They are delivering care that’s critical for every woman to have access to, in a space that represents billions of dollars of healthcare spend.”

Leadership Update

To support its next phase of growth the company is strengthening its executive team with the following additions:

  • Chief Financial Officer Jason Wheeler brings deep experience scaling high-growth companies with executive leadership roles at Tesla, Google, and Forward
  • Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Waters has an outstanding track record of driving growth as a former executive at Meta, Lyft, and Hims & Hers
  • Chief Commercial Officer Matt Cook spent his career in healthtech leadership at companies including Omada Health and Firefly Health

Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape. Trillions of dollars in infrastructure, from energy projects and advanced manufacturing to data centers and critical mineral facilities, must be built in the next decade. But large construction projects are slower and more expensive today than they were half a century ago. Unlimited Industries, a California-based company using AI to rethink how infrastructure gets built, has raised $12 million in seed funding to change that. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, with participation from leading industry investors. The capital will accelerate Unlimited’s expansion and further develop its proprietary AI platform – one designed to make large-scale engineering and construction faster, cheaper, and more ambitious.

Unlike traditional construction firms or standard software companies, Unlimited is an AI-native construction company that both designs and builds. Its proprietary platform can generate and evaluate hundreds of thousands of design configurations in parallel, automatically identifying optimal layouts for cost, safety, and performance before construction begins. By integrating AI-driven design with its own vertically integrated engineering and construction teams, Unlimited eliminates the costly handoffs and misaligned incentives that have defined the industry for decades.

In a statement Alex Modon, Co-Founder and CEO of Unlimited Industries said, “Advances in AI mean we can finally build the physical world the way we build software.” “The traditional construction model is slow, brittle, and fundamentally misaligned. Our approach replaces static design choices with a dynamic, data-driven process that learns from every project. The result is faster, cheaper, and more successful projects.”

Unlimited is an AI-native construction company headquartered in San Francisco. Today, the company designs and builds across energy infrastructure, data centers, critical minerals, and advanced manufacturing, helping developers build with greater speed, ambition, and efficiency. Their mission is to build a future of radical physical abundance by automating construction end-to-end. The company was founded in 2025 by serial founders Alex Modon, Jordan Stern, and Tara Viswanathan.
