The company plans to occupy the new space in Charleston, on or about November 1, 2026. According to the company website Pegasus Steel, part of KEEL Holdings, LLC, a new leader in defense manufacturing, specializes in heavy/complex steel plate fabrications cutting, forming, rolling and welding a variety of materials using state-of-the-art equipment with a reputation for quality work delivered on time. Pegasus Steel is the incumbent provider of critical structure for the Columbia Class/Virginia Class submarine and the Ford Class aircraft carrier programs.
