Rochester, New York — According to state and local development sources, Indus Hospitality Group plans to invest $10,000,000.00 to build out new space in Rochester. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1180 Jefferson Rd in Rochester, on or about November 1, 2026. According to the company website Indus Hospitality Group owns and operates more than 50 properties, primarily hotels and restaurants in the Rochester, Finger Lakes and Western New York regions.
