Indianapolis, Indiana — According to state and local development sources, Indiana University Health plans to invest $7,500,000.00 to build out 21,340 square feet of new space in Indianapolis. The company plans to occupy the new space at 705 Riley Hospital Dr in Indianapolis, on or about May 1, 2024. Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape.
