Chandler, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Henderson County ESD No. 6 plans to invest $3,600,000.00 to build out 12,000 square feet of new space in Chandler. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2867 FM 315S in Chandler, on or about May 1, 2026. An ESD has the ability to impose both a sales and use tax and a property tax to support or provide emergency services within the district. The Henderson County Emergency Service District (ESD) #6 was established in 2015 and contracted the Westside Volunteer Fire Department to provide service for the community.
