Guardian Collective to spend $2.5 Million to occupy 26,000 square feet of space in Waco Texas.
Waco, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Guardian Collective plans to invest $2,500,000.00 to build out 26,000 square feet of new space in Waco. The company plans to occupy the new space at 906 Austin Ave in Waco, on or about May 1, 2026. According to the company website Guardian Collective was born out of a conversation on I-35, driving into Dallas to pick up a 1960s Collector Car. We dreamt about what we wanted to create and reminisced on the beauty of a high end vintage car and guitar shop in Miami and asked the question, “What if we did that in Waco?” Over the next year, this dream became reality. We are excited to bring a social members car club, as well as a public gathering space to serve the city and those outside of Waco. For us, participating in the renaissance of Waco, TX is just the beginning. As our sites are set on expanding throughout the United states to bring an intentional community of auto enthusiasts, music aficionados, and lovers of community.
