ARB INTERACTIVE EXPANDS EXECUTIVE TEAM WITH KEY HIRES IN LEGAL AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Bryan Schroeder Joins as General Counsel; Steve Arthur Named Vice President of Government Affairs
December 10, 2025 – Miami, FL — ARB Interactive today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointments of veteran gaming attorney Bryan P. Schroeder as General Counsel and seasoned public policy leader Steve Arthur as Vice President of Government Affairs. The additions underscore ARB’s commitment to strengthening its legal, regulatory, and legislative capabilities as the company continues to scale its best-in-class social casino and sweepstakes operations across the United States.
Schroeder, a highly respected legal and compliance leader with more than two decades of experience in the gaming industry, will oversee all legal strategy, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management for ARB. He joins the company after senior leadership roles at Hard Rock Digital, Tipico North America, and Parx Casino, where he handled complex regulatory environments, oversaw multi-jurisdictional compliance programs, led major transactions, and managed legal functions supporting online gaming, casino operations, and new market launches.
“Bryan brings an extraordinary depth of expertise across the full spectrum of gaming law, regulatory, compliance, operations, online gaming, and corporate governance,” said Patrick Fechtmeyer, CEO of ARB Interactive. “His experience guiding organizations through rapidly evolving regulatory landscapes will be invaluable as ARB continues expanding our footprint and building the gold standard in social casino compliance.”
Schroeder began his career with two New Jersey based gaming law firms and later spent a decade at Parx Casino, ultimately rising to Chief Compliance Officer & Deputy General Counsel. He later served as SVP-Legal & Compliance at Tipico North America, where he oversaw sportsbook launches, internal controls, contracts, licensing, and the sale of key U.S. assets. Most recently, he was Vice President – Compliance Officer at Hard Rock Digital.
In addition to legal leadership, ARB is bolstering its government affairs function with the hiring of Steve Arthur, who will lead the company’s state and federal outreach strategy, stakeholder engagement, and public policy initiatives. Arthur brings nearly 20 years of experience working with state Attorneys General and government officials across the country, including more than a decade leading the Attorneys General practice at Stateside Associates.
Arthur’s background spans public service, private-sector government relations, and regulatory engagement. He previously served as a legislative aide in the U.S. Senate, held senior leadership roles in California state government, including Assistant Secretary for Economic Development, and led state government relations for major manufacturers, trade associations, and one of the world’s largest retailers.
“Steve has unmatched experience navigating state and federal policymaking, and his relationships with Attorneys General nationwide will be instrumental as ARB continues educating stakeholders about the social casino and sweepstakes ecosystems,” said Fechtmeyer. “With Steve guiding our legislative strategy, ARB is positioned to proactively shape thoughtful, responsible policy for the industry.”
In his new role, Arthur will establish ARB’s government relations function, lead government affairs strategy, manage engagement with policymakers and trade groups, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure ARB remains at the forefront of regulatory best practices.
These new appointments highlight ARB Interactive’s investment in building a world-class regulatory, legal, and government affairs foundation to support its growth and ensure long-term industry leadership.
