ANNAPOLIS, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–RedZone Technologies, a leading IT service provider with a focus on security for highly regulated industries, announced today it has received a growth investment from ParkerGale. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Gary Simat, founder and former CEO of Performive – a managed cloud and IT services provider, is joining the Company as Chief Executive Officer in tandem with the investment. Simat brings deep technical insight, rigorous financial discipline, and a culture-first mindset to build high-retention teams and put customers first. Managed Security Services encompasses outsourced monitoring, management, and response for a company’s cybersecurity systems and infrastructure, providing continuous protection against evolving threats through services such as threat detection, incident response, compliance support, and vulnerability management. The demand for outsourced, specialized security partners continues to increase, given the constant evolution of hardware and software, paired with the rise of bad actors.

Across the United States, a new industrial age is taking shape.
