According to the company announcement GovCIO is a leading provider of advanced technology solutions and digital services specifically for the federal government. The company has a significant presence within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), holding a franchise position with key programs in the Veteran Benefits Administration and the Office of Information and Technology. With over 3,300 employees and more than $1 billion in annual revenue, GovCIO is expanding its mission to support Veterans through the acquisition of SoldierPoint Digital Health, LLC, which specializes in digital health solutions for the VA. This acquisition will allow GovCIO to oversee a seven-year, $2 billion contract for the Connected Care Integrated Network (CCIN), further enabling access to healthcare for over 4 million Veterans through telehealth and connected care solutions.
