Sanderson, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Terrell County plans to invest $420,000.00 to build out 1,700 square feet of new space in Sanderson. The company plans to occupy the new space at NW corner Downie and 2nd Street in Sanderson, on or about March 1, 2026.
