Tulsa, Oklahoma — According to state and local development sources, Emirates Global Aluminium plans to invest $4,000,000,000.00 to build out new space in Tulsa. The company plans to occupy the new space at Tulsa Port of Inola in Tulsa, on or about October 1, 2027.
