Miami, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Carnival Corporation plans to build out 700,000 square feet of new space in Miami. The company plans to occupy the new space in Miami, on or about April 1, 2028. According to the company website Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) is the largest global cruise company, and among the largest leisure travel companies, with a portfolio of world-class cruise lines and a fleet of over 90 ships.
