Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Forest Forward plans to invest $49,732,252.00 to build out 98,642 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1920 MLK Blvd. in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2026.
