Milpitas, California — According to state and local development sources, Torrent Laboratory plans to build out 20,000 square feet of new space in Milpitas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1652-1654 Watson Court in Milpitas, on or about May 1, 2025. Warren is in geographic proximity to roughly 117 million consumers and will serve as a strategic hub for the Northeast and Midwest regions. Construction is expected to begin this month and will take up to two years.
