Houston, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Momentum Engineering & Surveying plans to invest $2,172,800.00 to build out 10,864 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4750 Federal Plaza Drive in Houston, on or about November 1, 2026.
