Charlotte, North Carolina — According to state and local development sources, Elon University plans to invest $2,209,600.00 to build out 13,981 square feet of new space in Charlotte. The company plans to occupy the new space at 330 W Tremont Ave. Ste 200 in Charlotte, on or about April 1, 2025.
