Tampa, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Sheltair plans to invest $10,000,000.00 to build out 59,470 square feet of new space in Tampa. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4300 W Tampa Bay Blvd in Tampa, on or about May 1, 2024. According to the company website Sheltair is a family-owned company that enjoys a national reputation for its superior customer focus and service-driven corporate culture. Founded in 1963 by Jerry Holland, father of current Sheltair President Lisa Holland, it is the nations largest privately-owned aviation network, proudly operating 16 award-winning FBOs and a portfolio of over 4.0 million square feet of aviation-related properties across the country.
