Gresham, Oregon — According to state and local development sources, Bank of America plans to build out 4,815 square feet of new space in Gresham. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1655 Ne Division St in Gresham, on or about June 1, 2024. According to the company website Bank of America is one of the worlds largest financial institutions, serving individuals, small- and middle-market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk management products and services. The company serves approximately 56 million U. S. consumer and small business relationships.
