Fiat Chrysler is creating 1,000 new jobs and spending $400 Million to expand in Kokomo Indiana.

Kokomo, Indiana — According to state and local economic development sources Fiat Chrysler plans to invest $400 Million to build out new space in Kokomo. The company is creating 1,000 new jobs, and plans to occupy the new space in Kokomo, on or about October 1, 2021. According to the company website Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) designs, engineers, manufactures and sells vehicles and related parts, services and production systems worldwide. The Group operates 102 manufacturing facilities and 46 R&D centers; and it sells through dealers and distributors in more than 135 countries.
