Coral Gables, Florida — According to state and local development sources, University of Miami plans to invest $4,850,000.00 to build out 16,894 square feet of new space in Coral Gables. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5202 University Dr in Coral Gables, on or about May 1, 2024.
