Denver, Colorado — According to state and local development sources, Montbello Organizing Committee plans to invest $19,526,424.00 to build out 19,000 square feet of new space in Denver. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4660 N Peoria St #101 in Denver, on or about September 1, 2024. According to the company website Since August 2013, MOC has worked to build the infrastructure to engage residents of Montbello around issues impacting the community. The overreaching goal of MOC is to galvanize residents and help develop their leadership skills so that the community can proactively address the issues residents identify. MOC has laid the framework for success.
