Mesa, Arizona — According to state and local economic development sources JX Nippon Mining & Metals USA plans to build out 273,000 square feet of new space in Mesa. The company plans to occupy the new space at Germann Road and Crismon Road in Mesa, on or about March 1, 2024. According to the company website JX Nippon Mining & Metals USA is a leading supplier of consumable electronic materials. Products include sputtering targets for semiconductors, flat panel displays and data storage devices, and wafers for compound semiconductors.
