City of Frisco to spend $8,351,379.00 to occupy 29,947 square feet of space in Frisco Texas.

Frisco, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources City of Frisco plans to invest $8,351,379.00 to build out 29,947 square feet of new space in Frisco. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7200 Stonebrook Pkwy in Frisco, on or about December 1, 2023. According to the company website Frisco is located 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and 25 minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field. Frisco offers a wide variety of award-winning hotels, shopping, concerts and events, 7 professional sports teams, and more than 150 pieces of art on public display.
