Logan, Utah — According to state and local economic development sources Frulact USA plans to invest $75,600,000.00 to build out new space in Logan. The company plans to occupy the new space in Logan, on or about June 1, 2023. According to the company website Frulact is a food manufacturing company that develops and produces value-added and tailor-made ingredients for the food industry, especially fruit preparations, plant-based products, and flavors. These products are typically used in yogurts, ice creams, beverages, pastries, and desserts.
