Pasadena, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources San Jacinto College plans to invest $7,942,900.00 to build out 50,000 square feet of new space in Pasadena. The company plans to occupy the new space at 8060 Spencer Hwy in Pasadena, on or about October 1, 2020.
