Richmond, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Lamar Consolidated Independent School District plans to invest $25,184,072.00 to build out 110,698 square feet of new space in Richmond. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7222 Power Line Rd in Richmond, on or about May 1, 2023.
