Charlotte, North Carolina — According to state and local economic development sources Stanley Martin Homes plans to invest $1,058,300.00 to build out 10,669 square feet of new space in Charlotte. The company plans to occupy the new space at 820 Forest Point Cir Suite 100 in Charlotte, on or about March 1, 2022.
