Southlake, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Greater Metroplex Interiors plans to invest $2,000,000.00 to build out 80,615 square feet of new space in Southlake. The company plans to occupy the new space at 350 S Nolen Dr in Southlake, on or about February 1, 2022. According to the company website GMI is a family-owned, client relationship driven, turnkey drywall, framing, and acoustical commercial construction company that has been operating throughout the State of Texas since 1978.
